Typical lead time for deliveries is 2-3 business days from date of purchase but may be scheduled out further if requested by the customer. Home Deliveries are only available between Monday and Friday.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, cancellation fees may be issued.
Please contact Jetex Logistics at 972-215-7079 option 2 for any inquiries regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and general delivery information. Jetex will not and cannot provide exact arrival times or complete any special requests. Please have your delivery form ready. Any refund requests must be processed through the Seconds and Surplus location the purchase was made from.
S&S Home Delivery services will contact the customer to establish a time window of 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm on the day before delivery. S&S Home Delivery will attempt to deliver during the requested time window, but cannot and will not guarantee a delivery time. During the time window, the customer must be on-site to receive the load. All deliveries are curbside or driveway, and may be moved into the garage at no extra cost if accessible by pallet jack. No items or pallets can be moved into a living area. The delivery area must be designated by the customer and easily accessible by pallet jack. If the customer fails to meet any of these requirements, the items may be returned to the store and all fees associated with delivery forfeit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to reschedule any deliveries due to inclement weather. S&S Home Delivery services will continue with all scheduled deliveries unless instructed otherwise by the customer. Seconds and Surplus will take no responsibility of product damages due to weather conditions. Weather conditions may affect delivery time frames and is to be expected.
All items require an exterior inspection during the delivery appointment by the receiver. Concealed damage claims must be made to the Seconds and Surplus location the purchase was made from, within 24 hours of the delivery date. Seconds and Surplus may choose to replace any damaged merchandise, but will not compensate for any time or labor costs associated with delivery. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours.
Seconds and Surplus is not responsible and will not issue any refunds for shipping delays. A single delivery attempt will be made. If the customer is not on site of the address provided to receive the shipment during the delivery attempt, the order will be returned to the store of pick-up and no refunds will be considered. Additional items added can and will affect the total price of delivery. S&S reserves the right to refuse delivery requests at any point.
