Hinges 

Hinges are an essential part of your cabinets. These accessories help keep your doors and cupboards opening and closing smoothly. When selecting your hinges, you have three types of closing mechanisms to choose from: soft close, snap closing, and free swing.

Soft close hinges allow your doors to slowly and silently close, regardless of how hard the door is pushed. Snap closing hinges contain a spring that pulls the door in and keeps it shut. This hinge closes abruptly. Last is a free swing hinge. This one moves along its path from open to closed. There’s no mechanism to assist with closing or keeping the door shut.
